we lived here for the last year. one bad thing- our gas and electric bills were outrageous ($80 for each for the hottest and coldest months). but lining the windows with plastic and tape helped the bill go down.

there are 4 HUGE storage closets in the 2 bedroom apts. maintenance was always completed within 24 hours of calling. no bug problems, no major noise problems - just normal apt. noise. I cannot hear neighbors going up and down stairs, or usually through walls or floors. office staff friendly and helpful. nice pool, BBQ grills not allowed on balconies/patios, but an area to BBQ in is available. A lot of well - behaved children live here.

nice place to live, but average. if you need a lot of storage - this is the place! there are 8 tenants in a building. BTW- this is a Novi address, and if it matters, Walled Lake Schools.
