I chose this apartment complex because of the great storage. The staff was helpful and concerned, but had limited resources from the management company. There were major problems with heat and air-conditioning which maintenance had a hard time fixing. They do not have a normal air-conditioning system and the maintenance staff was constantly rebuilding old units. Many do not run efficiently. One air-conditioning bill was well over $200 due to maintenance problems and the complex helped me pay for it. I moved when they were unable to fix the thermostat on the furnace - it took over an hour for the heat to rise 2 degrees when the temperature was in the twenties. The curtain rod on the doorway kept coming out. The drywall was weak because it had been repaired so many times.

If renting, I would only consider a first-floor unit due to poor insulation and high energy bills. The office staff was considerate and helpful, but had limited authority to effect change. My whole refund was refunded even though I had minor wear that could be construed as damage.
