I have lived here for 6 years. The maintenance staff are really quick to fix things, usually the same or next day.
My apt is huge just under 1000 sq ft for a 2 bedroom. I have 3 walk in closets and a coat closet in the foyer. No bugs just the occasional spider. Rent is cheap for the size. The 1st year they have specials. Besides that my rent has only gone up by $5 total in 5 years!!
I would definitely look at these if you are anywhere in the Novi/Wixom area
