I've lived here for almost a year, and overall I'd recommend it. There is little to no noise whatsoever from my neighbors, (i.e can't even hear their music or if the TV is on really loud I'd never know). Maintenance seems really effecient, as they are constantly driving around doing things here and there. My main complaint is the fact that despite leaving my heat at no higher than 72* in the cold michigan winter... my bill is always really high. My mom said she pays the same thing to heat her entire HOUSE, so yeah. Also, they seem to have a black mold problem in their bathrooms..because no matter how much I scrub and clean, it always comes back in the same spots. Its also kind of annoying that they never retiled or re caulked the bathroom, rather it looks like they just painted over the tiles in the tub area. Because now having been here for almost a year, all my cleaning has scraped the paint off in the cracks and it looks lousy.
