Well there are goods and bads to this place. Noise is ridiculous - I hear the people below me and next door (I'm unfortunate enough to live next door to a little kid that throws tantrums that include kicking/hitting walls). The people below me bang on the ceiling whenever my cats are running around on the floor so that's another testament to the noise. Weather proofing is terrible - as other reviews have said it's always cold in winter, hot in summer. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help, but not always on top of things. Beware of rent payment by check - enroll in auto pay if you can. Corporate lost my rent check and somehow that is my fault - tried to tack on late fees and charge additional rent. I am definitely not going to continue leasing with them. Rent pricing is quite good and the floor plans are great. Laundry is on first floor of every building but machines eat money and jam ALOT. It's up to you, but I'm less than impressed overall.
