Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1999
The 2 & 3 bedrooms apartments are too small. Too bad it wasn?t built just a foot or so bigger all around. It's nice to have a basement, but no first floor laundary. Decking is just for looks...too small for anything. No trash bins...have to keep your trash in the unit until trash pick-up day(PU). Neighbors seem nice, but not friendly. Large turn over with the office staff. It's an o.k. place to live...nice grounds. Safety and security are lax.
