Well I have lived here for about 2 years now and I am shocked. The lack of communication in the leasing office is mind blowing. The current manager never returns call and is never in when you need him. One person tells you one thing and the other tells you another. It is very hard to have simple problems solved. The kids in the area are a nuisance, they do as they please and don't seem to care what people think. The property is in decent shape, the trash is a problem now that there is only one trash day. This is a nice quite property to live at, i just wish dealing with the manager was not such a problem. This is the third manager since I have been here and by far the worst. I hope something changes cause i don't want to move in the winter but I might have to.
