| Very unorganized community. Inattentive to maintenance issues. Poorly insulated throughout. Extremely overpriced and overrated. Nice setting. Quality of actual townhomes very poor for the price. High maintenance staff turnover leading to serious negligence in maintenance issues. | ||||||||||||
