I have been here far too long, not because I like it here, at the Coolidge SQ. but because the rent is cheap, but I'm ready to move because the apartment is the pits and I do mean the pits mice, raccoons, skunks you name it there are all kinds of wild life here, and the basement is so terrible the floors are filthy, every month the washer or the dryer breaks down which means you have to hike it to the laundry down the street or somewhere to wash clothes. It's just plain nasty here.I'm getting out as soon as possible, so if you want a cheap deal this is the place to be because that's how you are treated here like a cheap deal.
