very pretty on the outside, but average/below average in complex. also, my neighbors boyfriend smashed the windshield of my car and it took 6 phone calls to management and over 36 hours to have the glass cleaned up. neighbors are rude, cops are there for noise complaints often. bad ant problem in summer. bad insulation causes high utility bills. no utilities covered, not worth low rent.
