Finally -- New Owners and Management who are improving it. The manager and office girls are very nice but everyone promised changes that didn't happen. Finally the new owners are adding a fitness center and playground. They painted and cleaned up the outside of the buildings. Added lights and it looks like a gate is being installed. It's getting much better. For the price, this is a great place now.
