I lived in Providence Green AKA Bridgewater apartments for two years before moving out in July 2008 and I can tell you that you will have better luck elsewhere. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with no buzzer to let people in. I had to make numerous requests for them to fix my bathroom floor and other iteams. The Hallways were nasty and dirty and it was common to see trash around the entry ways. My AC only worked in the living room and nowhere else. In the last year they seem to attract more "ghetto" people than before. People playing music loud all hours of the night and shady acting people. Me and my neighbor would complain to management, but nothing ever got done. Only when I called Oak Park police that when I saw results.

To add insult to injury, they raised my rent by $40.00, even though I was already paying the market value and I know for a FACT they were renting 1-bedrooms for $200 cheaper then what I was paying. Some of the office staff seemed rude and indifferent to my issues, so I had enough and moved, now I'm satisfied where I'm at. Please do not waste your time looking at this apartment. The staff will probably lie anyway to make it seem like things are great. Take it from me, this is not a place to live if you want peace of mind!
