Well, me and my byfriend have been here almost a year. From day one this place has sucked. Our upstairs neighbors play their music so loud my walls begin to shake. Sometimes I can t even hear my television because the music is so loud. My downstairs neighbors smoke and there are some days I walk into my apartment and it smells smoked out. Some nights I am wakened by the smell of whatever they smoke downstairs or the loud music upstairs. You can t ever get any sleep in this place. The music starts in the morning and can go until after I go to sleep. I work during the week so I can only speak for the weekend, but still.....
I don t need to know what song you re listening to.
Also sometimes I don t even want to get out of me car after work because there are these little young men and sometimes young women sitting outside the complex smoking and drinking and talking loud. It is so irritating....
The pool has been closed for most of the summer for some unknown reason, and when it was opened I barely wanted my little cousins to go over there. The children were cussing and talking really wreckless over there. And LOUD!!!!!
We are now expecting our first child and there is no way I could stay here. We were debating about trying to get a 2 bedroom here and just requesting a quiet building but after reading these reviews I think I am against that idea now.

The office team sucks!!!
We needed both our windows fixed, and the kitchen sink fixed for the longest. It was so disgusting. The sink was leaking so under there was a mildew smell and our bedroom window screen was coming apart so ants and other creatures would crawl in the window. I bought some ant traps and asked maintenance to come out and it took 2 months for them to come out. And about 3 weeks for the sink. And that was only after my boyfriend went over there and literally had to go off on them. It was rediculous.
