Avoid this place like the Plague

I moved into this place from out-of-state and have been trying to get out of here from Day 1. The day I signed my lease, people broke into my apartment. I?ve lived here for 6 months and STILL have not received a key for the laundry room - which means I?m locked out of my storage area. I?ve called and called about this problem and several others and none have been addressed. My clapboard cabinets sag and tilt, there are lumps under my carpet, I hear rodents scratching around in the ceiling, the heating turned my basement apt. into a sauna, and trash just covers the hallway floors. The neighbors (all except one I?ve met) are rude, noisy, and a little scary. Don?t move here - the cheaper rent you *think* you?re paying is a rip-off because you?re definitely getting what you?re paying for (and in this situation, that?s NOT a good thing). I?ve started my next apt. search - and this time I?m going with my gut instinct and the Better Business Bureau. Please help me get out!!!
