Don't ever move in, unless u have no other option. The neighbors are noisy. It takes approximately 18 days to return an emergency call or follow up. It took them two months to get air conditioner in the store, and my heat didnt work in so many occasions in the summer, it took them 3 weeks to finally respond to it.

The staff avoid calls when they see your number on the caller id. and they are very rude. Dan needs some customer service training. Lenore needs a psychiatric help and Nathan need to learn how to write english and how to treat people with respect.
