I am a current resident at this property. I have NOT encounterd the same experiences as what everyone is writing. I suppose the person who wrote this BS was evicted or asked to move.

Dan is a very fair man. He does mean busines. He is always friendly except when he needs to collect rent money or stop problems. The brothas and Sistas love Dan and his crew. The make you feel at homeI like it here, the staff is great, the maintneace is good.
