After reading the reviews about Bridgewater Apartments on Greenfield Road (formerly Northgate),I called Bridgewater yesterday (March 24,2004). I talked to a gentlemen who identified himself as Dan. I told Dan about the problems mentioned on this website. I talked about the roaches and mice problem, the loud music, and lack of maintenance of the apartments. He told me that they have not had any of these problems since the new management took over. To be fair to Dan, he did state that since he has been at Bridgewater he has had to evict over 300 residents within a two year period. I told Dan that I read about the negative comments on this website, and I gave him the name of the website. I find it very strange, that a positive comment about Bridgewater would come on the very same day I called to address the abovementioned issues. I also recently talked to a current resident that stated Bridgewater has the following problems: a pest problem, unresponsive maintenance staff, loud and disruptive music, and dirty living condition. This resident knew nothing of this website; therefore, she was not aware of the comments posted. As a matter of fact, I did not mentioned any information from the website to her.
