Its sad that anyone would think that all these statements made by the residents and ex residents are false. Just like the last writer said, I also talked to the residents and they all seem to identify with the problems that are written on this site.

The fact that someone hasnt heared about this site, doesnt make Bridgewater apartment innocent, and if you ask me, I'll tell you that Dan wrote those statements to neutralize the minds of future residents.

Truth is, you won't know untill you get in. The apartment is not sound proofed, when my neighbor laughs, cries, uses the toilet facility and plays music, I'll have to deal with it. Music is not just loud cause it was tuned up loud, but because it there is no sound proof. I find myself staying up so many nites and my little daughter is always shaken by noise which usually scares her.

Dan and his crew are rude as hell, they are so used to these complaints that absolutely turn deaf ears when you tell them. A month ago, a rat died under the stairs and decayed, the apartment was contacted and they did nothing about it. For 6 days we lived in terror, and it got so bad that I contacted the health department.

Its cheap "halleluia", but the trouble and restlessness is not worth it. Its better to pay higher than be tormented throughout ur stay.

I hope somebody reads this before they move in, Dan and his staff might wanna come on here and tell us different, but thats what life is all about.
