New Management worse than previous

I have lived here for nearly four years. I picked Bridgewater/Northgate because of the location. It has great access to 696. The office staff when I rented was friendly and professional. When I had issues I would be able to contact them and they would respond. I was able to previously speak with the management company representatives if I had a concern. I was given the main office number. I was able to at least get answers. I would much rather be told we don't have the money to address your concerns versus just being ignored.
Currently I am ignored. The current management company Hayman Companies will not return calls. Nobody in the office seems to know anything and they have worked there over 6 months. You can't get answers, they won't give you a number to speak with a supervisor. Soyou are forced to suffer in silence. The new people in the office are rude, uncooperative and won't listen to your concerns. There is truly a lack of caring for the residents with the new company.
I would have referred someone previously who needed a good location and good price.
Not now - I can't wait to get out.
