Spring is here and the pot holes are getting bigger and bigger. No plans from the management to repave and its a shame b/c I know they have to dip and dodge potholes themselves. The pot holes are really bad around the leasing office. Then they have the nerve to hange helium ballons with "Move-In specials" signs at the entrance. Mgm't does not even take pride in the property and they want new tenants''

Lighting in the parking lot is terrible. Hey did you see on the news how one of the dumpsters was set on fire''' I wonder why' Better lighting would deter criminals from doing such things.

I agree with the other posts about the office staff. The person who answers the phone is so fake its a shame. You cannot call in maintenance requests over the phone. You have to go out your way and fill out a form in the office. What kinda of customer service is that' I also believe the mgrs snoop around in apartments when they see you are not home and I have talked to others that feel the same way.

Back to the pot holes....Their temporary fix was first to fill the holes with sand. What kinda crack are they smoking to think that sand will stay in a pot hole' Get a clue out the clue box people. Then, they used small pebbles. The pebbles are causing damage to our vehicles, especially the underbody. Then mgm't and staff has the nerve to say they will tow cars with tags that are expired. Is that the best way they can spend their time oppposed to addressing the REAL issues'' What a joke. A resident offered to pay the office to have someone sweep the rocks in front of his bldg up b/c of the damage to his car. Desperate times call for desperate measures I guess. I will be breaking my lease and I cannot WAIT!

These apartments always smell like gas. Water pressure is low. Hallways smell from outdated and overworn carpet in hallways. I often smell marijuana in the hallways. There is no security patrol what so ever. Washing/drying machines are tiny. Plus its not safe to wash after dark b/c the lighting is poor. A lot of people just straggling around asking to bum cigarettes. Gun shots at night. Gutters hanging off bldgs along with tons of missing shutters. This is like East Side of Detroit living. Oak Park is supposed to be a nicer area, but its hard to tell. They need to tear this place down and start all over. Its an eye sore for the city and I am suprised Oak Park has let this place operate under these conditions.

NEWS FLASH: Air bags are being stolen out of cars. Watch OUt! (they won't put that in the bulletin....hahahahaha)
