that what I was told by many people even by the other offices managements who I was trying to negotiate pricing with saying in Bridgewater(Northgate) prices are low, they said oh no only not that apartment, go ANYWHERE ELSE -. THAT ONE IS THE WORST! You want to know what' Here the list goes: crime, roaches, loud neighbours, no heat till december, evrything is FILTHY!

I have a friend in who lives here. I always have an issue getting into the building. Tell me what kind of apartment building(s) are in existence with no buzzers for the apartments??? If you do not have a cellphone, there is basically NO WAY in hell of getting in!!! I have to phone my friend and tell him to come down to the door in about a 1/2 hour, I should be there soon. Then the parking lot is a horrible mess. The speed limit posted is 15 miles an hour, but you might want to only do 5.....otherwise you'd wreck your vehicles on the potholes. The hallways are always smelly and hot and you can tell the carpets are never ever cleaned!! I am tempted to tell my friend to move!!! Hell...I even pay something towards his new rent somewhere else!!
