"WELL" I am a tenant at providencegreen apartments and It has been a total disaster. I moved in on January 2007, its a long story but I'll make it as breif as possible. The day I moveded in the ceiling fell in, the office had closed so I had to leave my things(funiture-n-stuff) on the truck until the next day, had to go sleep at someone elses house until they found me another apartment which was 3 days later, moved in the second apartment the bathroom was milldewed and it had no bedroom doors, plus their was no mailboxes in the hallway to receive mail, so now 1 week later they move me again keep in mind I had to pay for all 3 moves. I had to change my address 3 times less than a month. I also had ordered a telephone in these apartments was charged for ordering the phones and canceling the phones conection fees/cancelationfees with my internet service, cable and phone service, so now I have an outstanding bill with Comcast and AT&T, due to me being moved from place to place not to mention that I had to change addresses 3 times I'm still trying to locate mail that I have not receieved. I've taken pictures, written out complaints and took them to the office, some one always say they will get back with me, come may 2007 I put in a 30 day notice to move out because nothing I mean nothing has change. I went and showed the new manager the evidence of what I had been going through, at this time now we have Bedbugs the whole building was infested due to many tenants in the one apartment below me. I mean its like 3 adults and at least 7 kids. I had to throw away furniture that was damaged from the sterminators, we had to take all clothing and anything that was material out of the building and off the primisses, this went on for 3 weeks, this means that me and my child could not sleep at home once again nor cook nor bath. The new manager insisted that I just stay and hang in their because things were about to change. I even showed her proof of the new place I was about to move to, she says to me well I will be getting back with you because the building just may have to be evacuated and we will have to relocate you to another apartment, well as time went on I kept calling the to speak to the manager, I left messages for her to call me about my concerns on whats happening no one never called back I'm talking 6 weeks of messages, so I got tired of calling. On August 1st 2007 I went to the office to talk to someone and I ran right into the manager and she goes hey! Ms. Williams I thought you moved out and I said "WHAT" how is that when I'm waiting to hear from you I have not heart, talk or seen you since the day you took my pictures and said that you will give them back, she goes "GIRL" they said that you moved out and we got your apartment as vacant we also just did a walk through last night with the police going to apartments that were vacant throwing things out, so I said when you all got to my apartment what did you do she said well we just thought you had just up and left, keep inmind my lights are on my T.V's and computer are hooked up so is telephone service and so on, today is August 27th, 2007 and I'm still waiting again to here from the manager this is just a short story of whats really going on, this is more than what the Law alow, I've learn my lesson I'm still here because I'm in a 1 year lease, never rent any property without checking into it, info which I did not know is on thw web. POVIDENCEGREEN is a DISASTER BEWARE!!!

I moved out a month after you moved in. I wish you had been one of the people my son saw coming in to inquire about the apartments because he told quite a few people to run the other way, and what was going on with us, and they did. One lady said oh, hellll naw! All of the things that you described above happened to me also, and they had the nerve to want me to pay them for my last 2 months there and they took me to court to evict me. I had to go off on the new owner, I mean really go off. They do not try to accomodate you in any way. I was already leaving, but the nerve of those stupid ass people. My kids and I got bit so bad by bedbugs. I had to be hospitalized because I was alergic to the bites. They didn't give a damn then, and they still don't. You really should sue them. I'm stuck with having to sue the previous management company (The Hayman Group), and of course every lawyer that I called was Jewish and did not want to take my case. Their not going to go after each other. Hayman is a Jewish name. I'm in the process of looking for an attorney and some other people who have had these horrific experiences as well. Well, good luck!! I would suggest leaving as soon as possible, it only gets worse!!
