I have only been living here a month and I am ready to move out. If I had the money I would. They will do everything they can to get you in, and once they have you, they do nothing for you. We were promised a month ago our locks would be changed, hasn't happened yet. We have been without a stove for a month because the pilots are out and we have no knobs for the burners. Do you think they would fix it... NO! Now we are having a problem with the toilet leaking, and no water coming out of the shower. Come on People! Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from here.

I am so sorry for you and your family. I went through everything that you mentioned plus bedbugs and more!! I actually didn't pay them any rent for 3 months in order to save and MOVE THE HELL OUTTA THERE!! I would suggest that you do the same, but in the mean time, when you request repairs, and they tell you that it will be done, have them put it in writing....the repair, when it will be done by and have them sign it. U should definately get that from a member of management. You have to be very aggressive with these people. Anything that you may need to take care of, should be discussed with a member of management and any promises put in writing with a signature. This may possibly be your recourse if they attempt to put you out before you are ready to move. Also, be mindful that they were definately professionally trained to be liars. They will tell you anything. If the current tenants get angry enough to do something, please inform me so that I may participate. I know my review was kind of long, but I was so frustrated.
