Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1996
The Good: None
The Bad: Mice, Rats, Ants, Centipedes, Silverfish, Flies. Loud neighbors playing loud music. Thin walls and construction.
No security. Poor lighting. Building doors propped open. Drugs, prostitution. Poor maintenance. Buildings rarely cleaned. (My building wasn't cleaned for 6 months) Rude office manager. Lease agents that LIE. Bums that roam the grounds. Many building FIRES, that leave quite a few people homeless.
Conclusion: Do not move here. You are better off in a shelter, or living out of your car.
