You get what you pay for

The rent is overpriced for what you get. $579-620 for 1 bedroom with no dishwasher and outdated appliances and fixtures. Buildings have never been remodeled and landscaping is poor. These buildings are old and very drafty in the winter. Heat was included so you practically froze on the coldest days (below zero) and fried on the warmest days. Maintenance controls the heat.
A few of our neighbors (we included) discussed this that there are too many unannounced visits by maintenance and staff. Most times no notice, you know the 24 hour rule well I guess they dont know about it or care. No courtesy note or phone call just knocking consistanly on the door. Never mind if you and spouse are spending "quiet time". gee whiz
Carpeting is so old and discolored and makes at least 3 buildings weve seen old carpet in look dingy and dirty. See for yourself. Kids go to park nearby which is good because they get out and we get to breathe.
Parking is horrible but area is pretty safe. Large Jewish population, predominantly Jewish community. If you like old world old style living then this is the place for you. Well we have moved from there maybe things have changed. Check it out for yourself.
