I moved into VG as a temporary spot! That's ALL it's good for! This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. The units are over priced, and very small. The management staff is poor to none, and take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong or even apologizes. Especially the manager " RC". The rest of the staff are puppets! The basement leaks and has black mold growing on the walls. The bathroom has a window in the shower/tub area and has black mold. Closet space is none--don't have a wardrobe! The grounds are kept up on the perimeter to give the impression that this is a nice place to live...very misleading as so are the models. Overly decorated to hide how small the units really are. My dishwasher has a smell that perimates the kitchen area--yes it's small to, and there's not cabinet storage. My suggestion for anyone looking to rent a TH at VG is to keep looking! You will not be happy! I really could go on and on, but I have a life. VG has been a great disappointment and I intend to tell as many people as I can!

1200 Square feet is large for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhome. Seriously... why don't you rent a house if you want a house instead of a rental only townhome, You should rent a house! As far as the rest of your problems... I don't know how it was back then but I love it here now!
