The price and size of the place sound ideal but watch out! There are cockroaches in a number of units. The office staff is difficult to get ahold of and not very helpful once you do. The insulation is horrible so you can expect a huge bill during the winter and summer. My car was also broken into when it was parked directly in front of my unit.
