First off, the grounds are horrible, except for around the main roads so everyone thinks they do a good job. If I have to smell skunk anymore I am going to throw up!! I actually think there is a family living under the porch. I have asked them to come patch up the big hole under the porch where it is obvious they are going in but they just put a temporary patch and within a week the animals have dug through it. Nothing ever gets fixed and if it does it is not done properly. I'm tire of hearing what my neighbors are doing. To top it all off they will continue to raise your rent to obscene amounts considering what a "hole" this place is!!

I agree with you. I have had to threaten to get a lawyer a couple of times. The old property manager was horrible.

my husband, well boyfriend at the time, and i lived there about a year ago. and it sounds like nothing has changed. i had a leak in my bedroom wall just underneath the window and they cam and patched it up. the patch did not work. i reported it again and they said they fixed it already. also the home they gave us we were never allowed to see it till our move in date and it looked nothing like the demo. our bathroom did not match and it looked like it was falling apart. if we would have seen the home we were assigned we never would have took it. and i do recall a shooting but i mean look at the neighbor hood.
