VG is a joke, I lived there for 2 years and never got grass on my front lawn (it was supposed to be placed prior to moving in). I had to break my lease and the service was terrible. At first they acted as if it would be no problem, they even suggested I get someone to take over the lease. When I found someone to take over the lease, one of the ever changing office staff memebers sold them another apartment, they actually talked down on my apartment and offered them a better deal to take the one they were trying to sell. Therefore, they would get my break the lease fee, plus the new move in fee from the new tenants. They are dirty dealers and extremely unprofessional. One of there so called apt mgrs even cursed at me over the phone. Tacky, unprofessional, unkept...need I say more'
