Village Green has the worst possible management. I am SO glad I didn't end up signing a lease here. I put $150 to put my name on a waiting list- being told that I would get it back if they couldn't accomodate me. They quoted me a price and when an apartment became available the price they gave me was much higher than the quote. I was not happy and didn't want to be on the waiting list anymore. Keep in mind that I put my name on a waiting list in early October and planning on moving in December. I gave them plenty of time when I withdrew my name from the waiting list. However, they refuse to give me my money back. They said I signed a paper saying if I didnt sign a lease they could keep it. When I went to there to go see the paper i "signed" there wasn't one. And they still never gave me my money back. I called the manager and was arguing with her on the phone for several minutes she then told me that she couldnt continue the conversation because of my tone....and then before I could say anything...she HUNG UP!!! What kind of manager hangs up on a customer'!!' This is a much shortened version of everything I have gone through and I didn't even sign a lease there!! Thank God!! Don't ever move here- management is rude and never has a clue what is going on! They will lie about pricing and lie about everything else. The model apartment is nice but I have heard every other apartment is disgusting. They try to keep the outside kept up to hide how bad the inside really is. Do not let them fool you....NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!!! MANAGEMENT IS RUDE!! A MANGER WHO HANGS UP ON A CUSTOMER....IS NOT....A MANAGER!!!
