I lived at Stratford villa for a couple years, and they suck! There management was disaterous, and the service was terrible. I moved to Village Green Townhomes in February and they were really sweet and very profesional. I had a problem with my sink a couple of months ago and maintenance came right over and fixed it! The guy pet my cat, and told me what the problem was and how to prevent future problems... He was very patient and professional about it. Not even three days went by when the leasing staff called my cell and followed up with me about it. I love their attitude and professionalism. Also, I love that they care so much about my needs.

I will definately renew my lease! This is the nicest place to stay in the oak park area! The price is over reasonable, and the service is outstanding! I have nothing bad to say about them!
