My only complaint about this community is the many car alarms that I hear throughout the day and night. Otherwise, the rent is fair, the BRAND NEW clubhouse is wonderful, the parking is convenient, and the maintenance issue I had was handled immediately. The townhouses were built in the 1950s so its showing wear and tear, but for the price its great. The previous tenants had finished our basement so that was an added bonus.
