Hello. I am very sad to say that I pay rent here. There are so many pests and rodents and now skunks that interrupt our daily lives. Right now there is a big problem with rats and mice. Our neighbor across the courtyard has rats...BIG RATS. I have NEVER seen a rat this big in my life. Supposedly they have sprayed for them, but now all other residents are being pestered with them. There are mice in our apartment, the smart ones. They eat the little bit of peanut butter on the trap but don't get caught. We finally did catch one, probably just a sloppy mouse, and as we were taking it to the dumpster we were assulted by skunks. There was one right off our porch we didn't notice and we walked to the dumpster where at least 3 of them we hudled around the bins. As soon as we noticed them we quick threw the mouse in the bin and sprinted for door, ONLY TO BE SPRAYED ON OUR FEET by the one we didn't see by our porch. Please save yourself a huge heartache and headache and look to other places to live.
