When you pay $900 / month you do not expect the "money pit". We have had nothing but problems with our town home. We know the maintenance associates like they are family because they are always here fixing something. Not to mention, it usually takes them a few visits to fix something correctly. The staff / management / corporate headquarters at Village Green do not understand the words "customer service". I cannot wait to move out!
