Me and a roommate lived here for 2 years. The first year was fine with a few minor problems (garbage disposal broke many times, water pressure problems) and a few major ones (fan to air conditioner/heater was constantly running since we moved in and we couldn't turn it off so our first electric bill was $100 and they wouldn't do anything about it)

The second year was a different story. The place went down the dumps. Maintenance was no were to be found. Water constantly leaked through our ceiling (from a bad air conditioner unit upstairs) onto our stuff and it would take them days to come fix the dripping. Plaster fell from the ceiling above my bed. Water came down through our LIGHT SOCKET in our kitchen causing light bulbs to explode and the globe to fill up with water. Our sliding glass door wouldn?t shut completely in the winter and it took them over 5 weeks to come replace it (in the winter mind you) The place was a dump and poorly managed.

Rent was outrageous also... Don?t live here or for any apartment managed by DTN. Nothing will get done and you will regret it
