Avoid at all cost.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Managed by DTN, they only have money at heart, not the renters. They manage most the college housing in the area and it shows in their sub standard service.

Repairs are not done completly, replacements and servcing are few and far between.

They would rather kick people out than try to keep them in.
