This is my third year living at Knob Hill and I have to admit that I am still impressed. The staff has gone above and beyond my expectations and have proven to be wonderful. They always greet me with a smile, whether on the phone or in person. No matter what kind of concern I adress with them, I always have it resolved in a timely fashion.

Maintenance has been great. The apartments are a little older, so they do require some attention. The maintenance staff pays great attention to all areas of the community.

Knob Hill is also the only community that allows dogs and even has a pet walk area and doggie waste disposal area.

My experience has been great here and I plan on staying as long as they will have me.
