I have been a resident of Knob Hill for 3 years. Anytime that I call in for something for maintenance, it's taken care of within 24 hours! There has been some change over in the office staff over the years, but they have all been very helpful and courteous. They have added new equipment to their fitness center and added carports which have been great!
My only complaint is that my lease expires at the end of July every year, and they start asking me in November if I will be renewing next year! I don't know that far in advance!
Other than that, I love my home. I would totally reccomend Knob Hill.
