I lived in 3 bdr/ 1/12 bath unit for two years. The place is not a luxury apartment complex, but the grounds were maintained well. There was a beautiful bike path right outside my building perfect for walking my dog, running, biking, roller blading, etc. I had very minor maintenance problems that were resolved in a timely manner. All in all I would would there again. There is TON of storage space in the units. I met a lot of great people. IT is a good blend of considerate students and families. They are very dog friendly and have just installed a very convenient series of trash recepticles in the lawn areas and have provided dog owners with the poop grabbers tong thingys at each receptical. Very nice!!
