Now being a college student I do not expect much out of an apartment. Well this place has not lived up to even those standards. The kitchen has only one yes one place to store things like forks and knifes and other stuff one would put in there. The kitchen is so small two people cannot pass one another without running into one another. The sink in the kitchen leaked, we called maintence and they came out and did nothing. So it leaked for another week or so until we noticed it again. Now our carpet smell because of this. Next let me tell you about the balcony it is warped and ready to fall apart. Then the window that leads out to the wonderful balcony has a very bad air drift. So it was freezing in the winter. The bathroom is small my neighbors smoke a lot of pot so the hallway always smells like pot. The bedroom however is nice and big.
