Great Location - Ok Apartment

My apartment here is ok. Not the best I've seen, but not the worst by far (I have friends that live in some real dumps). I feel like I'm getting what I pay for. I wouldn't pay for one of the "luxury" places around here so my apartment suits me. I just think it's convenient to live here because I'm close to everything - work, school, shopping etc.
