This place should be condemned. I have lived here for two years and we have had nothing but problems the past year. Our bathroom has been flooded into twice because the people above us leave their tub running (this apparently happens frequently according to other tenants). We had an air conditioning unit leak water all over inside our ceiling. It started leaking water all over the apartment. We had to call maintenance numerous times to finally come out and fix it. They finally fixed the leak, but never came back and repaired the ceiling where it leaked. It molded everywhere it leaked. At one point they came out and spray painted white paint over the moldy ceiling areas. Then we started noticing there were a lot more "questionable spots" on the ceiling that looks like it may have leaked at one point and that they spray painted over. Our building has major plumbing problems that we have informed them about, but they have done nothing about. There are times when all our drains have backed up in the building. We get a lot of sewage gas coming up the toilets when we flush...so our bathrooms smell horrible. They haven't done any real renovations to these 30-year-old apartments and so the bathrooms and kitchen are disgusting. There is mold all over the bathtub tile and floor. (Do not let the leasing office apartment model fool you...the apartments are nowhere near as nice). Their billing staff is also having difficulties. They never get the billing right. Every month they have messed up our rent and overcharged us. They do not inform us when there is obviously a problem with our account and instead send our billing over to the district court so that we get a nice threatening letter. This has happened countless times - all of which were mistakes on their part. This isn't necessarily the apartment's fault, but there are a lot of little, unsupervised children running through the buildings and on the parking lots and roads. They also allow dogs here and there dog feces all over the grass (even the areas that pets aren't allowed)...so overall, I think this place is disgusting.
