I think this is a great place to live. I am currently a MSU student and I love living here. Maintence was very quick when we had problems. It is usually quite around here...sometimes, you may hear children playing around. There is a mix of familes and students living here. The CATA bus runs through here and it takes about 15 minutes to get to campus if there is no traffic. There are a lot of storage area in the apartment, which is great. Plenty of parking spaces available. The only thing I would complain about is the dog poop on the lawn. You are allowed to have pets and sometimes, owners don't pick up after their pets.
