Overall they are pretty good for the money that you pay. The apartments are spacious. They are not brand new, but you are not paying the price you would for a brand new apartment. The office staff is pretty nice, maintenance fixes things pretty quickly. Their is a wide variety of apartments ranging from beautiful and brand new kitchens and bathrooms to crappy apartments that have not been updated in ages. The newer ones are very nice. Make sure you see your apartment before you lease it, because the model and the office can be VERY misleading.

Its close to the mall, meijer, Okemos shopping.. and not too far from campus. The 23 bus route will take you right to campus.

My only complaint is about the UNRULY OBNOXIOUS and unsupervised kids running around the property. I have lived in many apartments and never had such a problem. Its mainly the 2 brothers that live on the third floor in the same building that the leasing office is in. They will shoot you with toy guns, jump in front of your car, scream all around your building, and their mom is rarely to be seen. Every once in a while you will see their crazy mom screaming off the balcony for her unsupervised kids. Stay away from this building if you can--just because of the kids and their mom.

Overall though, its a pretty good place to live.
