The place is "pet friendly" to such an extent that no one follows pet rules (if there is any!). You can do your dogs anywhere. There are designated pet areas, but you can do your pets anywhere - on any lawn area, even on walkways. You do not even need to clean up after your pets.

Maintenance is extremely poor. Maintenance staff show up after weeks (not days). It has happened to me several times. They also do not fix things in one visit.

Mostly student community here. Place is awfully silent during day and noisy during night.

Management do not care. They listen to all your complaints (rather I would say hear), they never act.

Best place for those who do want the liberty for their pets. No laws will ever restrict your pets here.

I am stuck with a 12-month lease. Lease breakage is severe, but if yor are "pet friendly" you may not be worried about lease term, lease breakage etc.
