We have lived here for 6 years and this last year gun shooting in the hallway and the blood stayed there for 3 days until they finally cleaned it up, tenants sit outside the buildings and smoke pot, management does nothing about it, college students sit at the pool and drink in front of the families. Management does not care or do anything, too many drugs, dangerious place to live!

I can see that, I agree. When I lived there, there was a lot of drugs.

Definitely saw blood in the hall for days once. Guys asked me where they could get drugs one time, too. Little kids run around and yell and play in the dumpsters. There was also just a robbery at the site. Stay away from the high prices and the only shady part of Okemos.

have never seen any of this! I do know some of the other buildings are worse than others. There was a robbery april 1st, not a shooting but a robbery at gunpoint. The management did send out a note although they downplayed it a bit. there is new manager now and things are better under her leadership. I feel super safe in my building (mostly families) but smoking is an issue here as well as everywhere else...
