The apt was a decent size and quiet but was in BAD need of maintenance/general tlc. Screens and a closet were broken on move in and I had to repair the closet myself. We have had to repeat requests for maintenance work (get it in writing!), but the office staff tend to try and help. We were flat out lied to several times (including a promise made to get us to renew) and it took months of nagging and calls to the head office to resolve. Getting items in writing would have resolved this. Smoke is an issue but the noise w/in a building isnt noticeable...our neighbor plays piano and there have been parties floors beneath us and we cant hear a thing. Noise does carry outside but if windows are closed (nice new ones that are great at keeping in/out heat) you cant hear a thing. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
