I'm a resident that has lived here for a couple years now and there have been many improvements. There was some management change in the last year and a half and since then things have been on the up and up. The apartments are spacious and there is ample parking. I can never here my neighboors which is a big plus as a studnet. The parking is unlimited but sometimes carports are hard to come by. Maintanence is improving and are usually fast but I have had to call in some work a few times. Overall I really like it and I plan to be here until I graduate.
