this one is good for students not good for family....good location next to highway 96 but noisy ....all who live there 80% r students so be ready for them..they don't know about how to manage there pets...apartment next to me on 3rd floor allow there dogs to pee and poo in patio..on third floor ...even there r signs that do not let your pet pee on lawn near parking but i have seen people doing that thing 4-5 times..nice fitness room,pool table,swimming pool area but students do not keep it well ..everitme somebody break pool table sticks..balls r missing...i got new car and park in covered parking with community paid sticker even though they put notice on my car...they never check there records before putting notice on any one's car...they tow my old car without my permission..and then there was a big issue..every one else works fine but manager is little crazy...smiles a lot..but she is dumb do not know any law....and then u have to call DTN managment corporate office to resolve your issues so ...good place but for students and single living person only...not for family..
