When we first moved in here, it was great. We were given our first months rent free, didn't have to pay water and the management was bearable. Now, 3 years later, the management is horrible!!!
They're rude, incompetent and we have gone through at least 3 different managers in the last 3 years. We had to start paying water just a couple months after moving in.

Maintanence is alright as long as you dont mind waiting days to get anything fixed. They're supposed to have 'emergency' maintanance but we have called this 'emergency' maintanance twice and are still (2 years later) waiting for our call back. They never came, never called and didnt care. We even had to call the fire department (for carbon monoxide testing, the apartment above us was evacuated because of this but they never bothered to tell us about it and we share the same vents!)one time because they were too lazy to call us back (hours later) and were supposed to call right away.

And just recently there was a rape, and numerous break-in attempts. The office says they care about their tenants but thats -------- because our 'security guard' is some old ass man that couldn't catch a thief if he wanted to!

Our rent has gone up every year and they even lost the key to our apartment and we had to pay to have another one made and they were the ones that lost their copy of our key!

This used to be a great place for families to live, but not anymore. Its quiet overall with the exception of the train in your backyard but I guess it depends on whether or not you choose to put your family in danger of the rapists and thiefs (who have never been caught!). Also, we had to find out about these incidents on the news because the management was too lazy to send out notices to their tenants until the day after it appeared on the local news. It would have been nice had they at least told us about it so we could have been extra cautious.

Be careful when choosing this place....
